Mackworth Yew Universal Easy fit Sling  is shaped to provide separate leg supports, allowing a much easier application. This product promotes good hip positioning while providing total support for the body throughout the lifting process. The Mackworth Yew Universal Easy Fit Sling is ideal for certain amputee patients.

• The material is smooth knitted polyester fabric of a solid consistency for multidisciplinary use and a mesh fabric for bathing use
• Designed to be easier to remove once the patient is in a chair and the split legs helps with patient dignity whilst being manoeuvred.
• Webbing pocket allows storage when not in use.

Fabrics Choices

• Polyester Solid – A Strong material that is hard wearing and easy to apply. It slides smoothly into place and dries quickly after washing. This comes as standard on all models.
• Net –  Mesh fabric is ideally suited for bathing and showering environments. It has quick drainage and drying properties.

This sling is frequently preferred when the patient possesses some level of body strength and the caregiver needs to perform tasks that require access, such as toileting.
