DELIVERY INFORMATION

ORDERS
Delivery is free on orders over £60 including VAT to UK mainland addresses. 

Please enquire for prices if you are looking for delivery to Scottish Isles and Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles. – sales@tiacare.co.uk or call 01925 386 385. European deliveries please contact us.

DELIVERY

For standard delivery smaller orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 tracked or Royal Mail 24 tracked, larger orders will be dispatched via Parcelforce or DHL UK parcel you will receive notifications from both updating you about your delivery – delivery is subject to stock and some products are manufactured to order.

Orders over £60 incl. vat  free  delivery – Under £60 incl. vat carriage charge of £6.60 inclusive of vat – this is subject to location. Use the shipping calculator within the basket area
Goods will be shipped on a 24 hour or 48 hour service. Any delay and a member of staff will contact you with an update

Orders made before 1 pm will usually be dispatched the same working day.
Orders after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day – this is subject to stock. Weekends & Bank Holidays orders will be processed the next working day

*Tiacare cannot be made responsible if the courier service that fails to deliver on time. Every effort will be made to ensure your order arrives as per your request.*

If nobody is available to sign for your order then a card will be left at the address. You can then arrange delivery on another day or collect your order.

Please add any special delivery instruction or safe place options to the notes when in checkout. 

No deliveries will be delivered to a PO box address.

LARGER PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ORDERS
All orders of larger pieces of equipment will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days – subject to stock & location.

Some items have a choice of Kerb side delivery or Installation & Commissioning,
if you choose Kerb side delivery your order will be delivered via a carrier to your door, generally on a pallet. The driver is not permitted to access your property.

If you choose the option of  installation and commissioning a member of the sales team will contact you to arrange a mutual convenient date and time for an engineer to deliver, install / commission, demonstrate how to operate or use the equipment then finally remove any packaging.

By choosing this option it  allows peace of mind and safer assembly of your product and the engineer will also provide you with a full demonstration of how to use the product and how your equipment works. Please feel free to ask the engineer any questions – Please note the price charged is for this service is for ground floor instalation, please contact us if not a ground floor instalation so we can arrange a suitable solution. 

*Please note installation deliveries are sometimes carried out by a third party engineer.*

If you do not require installation we can send this out within 1 -4 days subject to stock.
Please note some carriers are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases will require assistance with the delivery.

Some products, like recliner chairs, are made to order so will require more time for dispatch. We will let you know the estimated time of delivery once we have received your order. You will receive a full refund if you would rather not wait.
