A fabulous company who provide superb service with the personal touch. We needed to hire a hospital bed while my husband recovered from an operation - from the first call I made to the team asking for advice on products, to their understanding when the delivery date changed 3 times due to the op date changing, their well communicated delivery and neat assembly of the bed in our home, the flexibility of (very reasonable) weekly payments as we were not sure how long we would need the bed for, to the final smooth pick up of the bed - the whole team are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We have also subsequently asked for advice on a wheelchair for my father-in-law and that has been an equally smooth process to organise.
