Invacare Accent Profiling Bed with Wooden Side Rails

The Invacare Accent Profiling Bed is an electric profiling care bed designed to provide practical positioning, comfortable support and easier day-to-day care in homecare, residential and community care environments. Supplied with full-length wooden side rails, it combines useful care functions with a more homely appearance.

The four-section mattress platform allows the bed to be electrically adjusted to help support different seating and lying positions. The backrest can be raised from 0° to 70°, while the thigh section adjusts up to 24° and the leg rest can be raised by up to 11°.

The electric height adjustment ranges from 40cm to 80cm, allowing the bed to be positioned at a suitable working height for carers while also helping with user transfers. The bed can also be tilted through 11° in both Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg, providing additional positioning options where required.

The full-length wooden side rails are fitted as standard and can be lowered below mattress level when access to the user is required. Their wooden finish also gives the bed a less clinical appearance, making it suitable for domestic bedrooms as well as professional care environments.

The Invacare Accent is designed with practical maintenance in mind. It can be assembled and dismantled without tools, making it useful for community equipment services, care providers and situations where the bed needs to be transported or stored. Its easy-clean surfaces can also be wiped down using mild detergents.
