The Harvest Woburn Community Profiling Bed is a robust electric four-section profiling bed designed specifically for community care environments. The bed provides a 185kg maximum patient weight and 220kg safe working load, giving it the capacity required for a wide range of community and residential care applications. The mattress platform can be electrically adjusted to provide different lying and seated positions, while the adjustable height helps carers achieve a more suitable working position.

The Harvest Woburn Community Profiling Bed has an adjustable platform height of approximately 38cm to 80cm, allowing the bed to be positioned for different users, transfers and care tasks. The four-section profiling platform incorporates an electrically operated backrest and knee break, while the lower leg section is adjusted mechanically.

The backrest can be raised to 70° and the thigh section to 30°, providing flexible positioning for sitting, resting and everyday care. Trendelenburg is fitted as standard, while Auto-Regression and an in-built 20cm extension are available as additional options.

The bed uses a low-voltage 29V power supply and includes emergency battery backup. Its cables are attached to the bed platform rather than left trailing around the floor, helping to reduce trip hazards and allowing hoists and stand aids to be positioned close to the bedside.

The Harvest Woburn Community Profiling Bed can be supplied with or without side rails, depending on the configuration selected. Harvest’s side rail systems use a two-handed release mechanism designed to reduce the risk of accidental operation by the bed user.
