Alerta Lomond Low Bed

The Alerta Lomond Low bed has been designed for patients who are at risk of falling out of bed. The low height of the bed minimises the risk of injury if a patient does fall out of bed and the low positioning from the floor makes getting into and out of bed easier and safer. It features electrically operated backrest, leg-rest and knee-break. The integrated side rails drop lower than the mattress enabling safe patient transfer.

Height Adjustable Bed

The Alerta Lomond Low bed can be adjusted in height by pressing a button on the handset to ensure a safe working height for carers and an ideal height for patient transfers and other procedures.

Crash Mattress

While the bed is fitted with side rails, it is also suggested to combine a crash mattress with the bed to provide extensive safety provisions for falling.

FOUR SECTION PROFILING

The four section mattress support is fitted with individual motors, this allows for excellent adjustment of the head and foot. This will provide a range of options for positioning that will substantially reduce the risk of pressure sore development.
