The Alerta Lomond Low Bed with high risk mattress is intended for patients who are prone to falling out of bed. If a patient falls out of bed, the low height of the bed reduces the risk of injury, and the low positioning from the floor makes getting in and out of the bed easier and safer. It features electrically operated backrest, leg-rest and knee-break. The integrated side rails drop lower than the mattress enabling safe patient transfer.

The mattress will assist the user with protection from bed sores who are at high risk. The mattress is suitable for all single width profiling beds particularly the use of the Lomond profiling beds. It will assist with profiling by allowing the mattress to move in independent sections, ensuring the surface bearing the patients weight does not slip under the patient or move. The Alerta Lomond Low bed with High Risk Mattress has options of installation or kerbside delivery.
